What details will I be asked to enter while registering for 3D Secure?
You will be asked to enter the following details:
  1. Name as it appears on the Credit Card.
  2. Expiration date.
  3. CVV2 (the 3 digit number mentioned on the back of your card).
  4. Last four digits of the Main Cardholder’s National ID/Iqama.
  5. Credit limit.
  6. Personal message.
After entering and verifying the above details, you will be asked to create and enter the following:
  1. Username.
  2. Password.
  3. Confirm password and
  4. Accept the Terms of Use.
Can I register all types of Riyad Bank Credit Cards?
Yes. You can register all types of Riyad Bank Credit Cards.

If I have more than one Credit Card, do I have to register each card separately?
Yes. Registration needs to be done for each card separately.

After I register, how long does it take for 3D Secure to become active for my card?
After you register, 3D Secure is immediately active for your card.

Will I be charged for registering and using 3D Secure?
No. This service is free of charge.

Will I need to register each time I do an Online Internet based transaction?
No, Registration is a one time activity for each card.

I have just received a renewed card, do I have to re-register?
No. You only need to re-register for 3D Secure if the card number changes.

How long is the password valid for?
Your 3D Secure password does not expire.

How do I unlock a frozen password?
In case your password is frozen, please contact the Riyad Bank Call Center on its toll number +966 920002470.

How do I reset/change a password?
Log on to www.riyadbank.com, click on reset password and follow the simple registration steps.

Is my personal information safe and secure?
Yes. Your personal information is safe and secure as it is encrypted and stored on a secure server.

How will I know if the Merchant is a 3D Secure Merchant?
A 3D Secure Merchant will display the Verified by Visa and MasterCard Securecode logos on their website as shown below.
