If we are unable to resolve matters straight away, we will acknowledge your concern by letter or telephone within two working days. You will be given a reference number, should you wish to follow up at any time.

If you are not happy with our action or explanation, or if two weeks have passed since you first raised your concern, you may request that we escalate the issue on your behalf, to resolve the matter.
