• Rewards are grouped under different categories based on your lifestyle needs such as Health and Leisure, Home and Family, Fashion and Beauty, Education and Travel.
• Simply choose a category and browse the rewards that are available for you from our partners.
• You can also enquire about the number of Hassad reward points you have collected and enquire as to the status/details of your ATM rewards voucher.

Rewards are divided between

• Monetary Vouchers: claim a 100, 500, or 1000 Riyal Reward and take it to the selected participating Partner and use it as part or full payment for the item or service of your choice.
• Item Vouchers: Simply choose a specific item from the Hassad rewards catalogue and pick up from the store of a participating partner. This could be an item like a bar-b-que, a spa day, a training course or even a family weekend at a luxury hotel.

Claiming Hassad Rewards

Request a reward and receive vouchers immediately from one of Riyad Bank’s 2,000 plus ATMs.

No long waits for rewards to be posted. Simple claim a reward, pick up a Reward Voucher from one of Riyad Bank’s network of 2000 plus ATMs and collect and enjoy your reward the same day.

The reward claiming process

• The Cardholder decides which reward they want from the catalogue and calls the Riyad Bank Call Center (on phone number 8001242225 or 920002470 if using mobile phone) to claim their reward.
• Upon successful redemption request, Cardholder is requested to visit any Riyad Bank ATM to print their Hassad Reward Voucher.
• At the Riyad Bank ATM the cardholder enters their credit card or ATM card and keys in their personal PIN and selects ‘print Hassad voucher’. The ATM prints out a unique ATM Reward Voucher which can be used at the requested partner for the specific reward selected.
• Please note: only the Cardholder can claim the Reward and they must bring their credit card and I.D. with them to make a claim.
• The Cardholder visits any one of the partners outlets that they have selected and picks up the reward item as specified on the Hassad ATM Voucher or any other item(s) to the value of the Hassad Monetary ATM Reward Voucher or at a higher value if additional payment is to be made.
• Cardholder visits the cashier/check out with their item and the Hassad ATM Voucher slip, their I.D. and the Riyad Bank Credit Card.
• The Cashier/Checkout staff will check and accept the Hassad ATM Reward Voucher and card and I.D. details and the cardholder leaves with their purchase.

Notifications About Your Hassad Rewards

• Customers will be updated monthly via RiyadOnline, SMS and paper statements of their accumulated Hassad reward points throughout the month.
