Riyad Bank's Shareholder and Administration Department is in charge of all matters pertaining to the bank's shareholders. Specialized staff within the department will manage your shares for you under the directives issued by the Bank's Board of Directors.

The department will determine the dividend distribution method, the profit year and the date of dividend distribution, as well as the dividends and distribution method of shareholders whose shares are blocked or pledged.

The department is in charge of updating information pertaining to your shares and regulating and conducting the sale and/or trade of Riyad Bank Shares.
