Riyad Bank successfully concluded the 1st phase of its leadership development program in collaboration with Cass Business School in London. This program aims to develop the organizational leadership capabilities of 45 senior leaders by 2020.
This program includes providing the bank’s leaders with an overview of leadership styles, how one can build a strong leadership brand within the organization through effective collaboration and networking; and how to overcome the challenges faced in the banking sector, as well as practical steps for strategic management, and the impact of Fintech digital developments on both bank and wealth management strategy.
This comes as part of the bank’s efforts to understand the drivers for change, the levers of change, and the skills required to manage any potential risks. It is noteworthy that Riyad Bank is always keen to take part in such occasions, part of its belief that human element is the most valuable asset of any organization.
