Subsidized Housing Finance:

Riyad Bank finances eligible Saudi citizens, while the Real Estate Development Fund and the Ministry of Housing provide financial subsidy to cover the profit margin, either fully or partially, for the first SAR 500,000 of the financing amount. The subsidy percentage varies according to monthly income and number of family members.

Al-Moyassar Home Mortgage:

Riyad Bank finances eligible Saudi citizens, while the Real Estate Development Fund guarantees the advance payment up to 5% of the property value. Hence decreasing the advance payment percentage from 15% to 10%.
