Riyad Bank’s Board of Directors announced the appointment of Abdulmajeed Abdullah Al-Mubarak as the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Al-Mubarak had been the Acting Chief Executive Officer since October 2016.

Al-Mubarak had been the Acting Chief Executive Officer since October 2016.</p><p>Abdullah Mohammed Al-Issa, the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Riyad Bank, congratulated Al-Mubarak on being selected to lead the bank during this crucial phase due to his vast banking experience and outstanding career, wishing him all the best in achieving the bank’s aspirations, as well as the expectations of shareholders and customers.</p><p>Al-Issa said: “The bank is eagerly looking forward to continuing to be among the leading banks at the local and regional level”, he also added that the bank is on the threshold of a new era of its journey, with an objective of achieving excellence and occupying a place that the bank deserves. Al-Issa confirmed that the bank possesses the national resources needed to achieve its aspirations, the most important and valuable of which is the human element at all levels.</p><p>Al-Issa expressed the Board of Directors’ full confidence in Al-Mubarak and his colleagues' ability to achieve leadership and innovation and exert great efforts to take the bank to the next phase.</p><p>On this occasion, while addressing the bank’s employees, Al-Issa added: “We are fully aware that all of you as a team are our hope to achieve our aspirations, and with Abdulmajeed and his remarkable colleagues at the executive level you will achieve your objectives and take the bank to the level that we all aspire to reach”.</p><p>Abdulmajeed Al-Mubarak has held multiple leading positions since 1991, the latest of which was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer before being appointed as the CEO of the bank.</p>
