Riyad Bank supports Alnaqaha Hospital with Two Fully Equipped Buses

Riyad Bank provided two buses to Alnaqaha Hospital recently for patients with special needs to help them in their mobility , part of the charity transportation program launched by the bank and one of its several programs directed for serving society.

<p>Riyad Bank provided two buses to Alnaqaha Hospital recently for patients with special needs to help them in their mobility , part of the charity transportation program launched by the bank and one of its several programs directed for serving society.</p><p>Nawal Alfaisal, Head of Social &amp; Psychological Services Department at the hospital, clarified that the hospital is unique in serving the patients who suffer from quadriplegia, hemiplegia and comma. Pointing out that the hospital provides its services to more than 120 patients and their stay at the hospital may extend from 5 to 30 years, and in such cases they need transportation with special equipment.</p><p>Alfaisal praised Riyad Bank for supporting the hospital with two buses and its unique charitable transportation program which greatly contributed to empowering the hospitals and associations that take care of the patients to perform their duty to the fullest, appraising the quick response by the bank.</p><p>Mohammad Al-Rabeah, Executive Vice President of Marketing and the General Director of Community Services Programs at Riyad Bank, stressed that the bank's support for the hospital reflects one of the effective partnerships between the bank and the health sector in the frame of humanitarian and a moral dutie towards the community and its members to provide the best ways to improve the level of services and health care for different groups of society in all regions of the Kingdom. Pointing out that the buses provided to the hospital are equipped with a crane and a high ceiling to facilitate the entry and exit of patients.</p><p>It is worth mentioning that the program targeted a number of associations and hospitals, including: Elderly Friends “ekha”, the voice of down syndrome, The Patients’ Friends Committee in Jeddah, the Domestic Care Program of King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Computers Rehabilitation Chartable organization in Eastern Region “Ertiqa”, the organization for cooperative mobility “Ehsas”, Alwafa Women Philanthropic Association in Riyad, Yadawi Unity of Traditional Arts Organization in Riyadh, and King Abdulaziz Charity Society in Tabuk.</p>
