The director of women's nationalization programs at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development has honored Riyad Bank for sponsoring and participating in "A Step Ahead Career Fair" Exhibition and Forum, which was held from 1 to 3 October at Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh.
<p>The director of women's nationalization programs at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development has honored Riyad Bank for sponsoring and participating in "A Step Ahead Career Fair" Exhibition and Forum, which was held from 1 to 3 October at Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh.</p><p>This Exhibition aims to enhance the participation of Saudi women in the labor market to interact effectively with the society through developing their skills and increasing applicable job opportunities.</p><p>Majed Alkhurayef, the manager of Recruitment Department, has emphasized that Saudi women have the appropriate qualifications and high efficiency in the banking industry in addition to her importance role in empowering the market share of the Bank. He also noted that the number of Saudi workers in the Bank exceeds 1.400, which are nationalized by 100%.</p><p>Riyad Bank has sponsored the exhibition to enhance its role in supporting Saudi women and to contribute in the field of workforce nationalization through empowering Saudi women to participate in the banking sector.</p>
