<p>In line with the leading role of Riyad Bank in nationalizing and recruiting young Saudi staff, the bank has sponsored the Career Week event at King Saud University (KSU) as a platinum sponsor. It is worth to mention that the bank has many contributions in similar occasions to support the nationalization program of Saudi Arabia.</p><p>During this event, Riyad bank offers job opportunities for female and male graduates in its corner that is launched from 3-7 February at the headquarters of KSU. This participation aims to introduce the graduates to the bank workplace, which is considered the most attractive workplace in the Saudi banking sector. The bank also offers a full description of its workplace features, training and development programs to enhance the professional performance and train the Saudi banking leaders where the number of training courses has reached 8,500 courses in 2018.</p><p>Riyad Bank is considered one of the leading banks in recruiting young national staff that takes the lead in the banking sector for achieving highest rates of nationalization by over 94%, besides assigning Saudi competencies on leading positions in the bank, and emphasizing on Saudi women role where they have acquired more than 1,350 positions.</p>
