Riyad Bank participates in "Dhahran Sakani Expo"

In collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Real Estate Development Fund, Riyad Bank offers a finance initiative of mortgage down payment for civilians through "Sakani Expo" exhibition, which is held from 07 to 16 February at Dhahran Expo. Such finance enables customers who are 50 years old and above to obtain an interest-free loan with utmost ease and comfort that repaid after completing the finance liability.
<p>In collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Real Estate Development Fund, Riyad Bank offers a finance initiative of mortgage down payment for civilians through "Sakani Expo" exhibition, which is held from 07 to 16 February at Dhahran Expo. Such finance enables customers who are 50 years old and above to obtain an interest-free loan with utmost ease and comfort that repaid after completing the finance liability.</p><p>It is worth mentioning that the mortgage finance at Riyad Bank is available for all the beneficiaries of Ministry of Housing and Real Estate Development Fund who work in the governmental sector, semi- governmental sector, private sector, banking sector, and retired persons. The mortgage finance can reach an amount up to SAR 3,000,000 and repayment period up to 30 years with a competitive profit margin, as well as the beneficiary can get a financial subsidy to cover the whole financing amount according to the salary and the number of dependents.</p><p>Riyad Bank has a pioneer experience in the field of mortgage finance through providing a wide range of competitive real estate solutions in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing and Real Estate Development Fund for completed properties, under construction properties and lands, which are compliant with Sharia rules.</p>
