Riyad Bank participated in the 23rd edition of graduates and careers activities, held by the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh under the patronage of His Royal Highness the Governor of Riyadh region, from 2-4 April that aimed at opening direct contacts between recruiters and the institute graduates.
<p>Riyad Bank participated in the 23rd edition of graduates and careers activities, held by the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh under the patronage of His Royal Highness the Governor of Riyadh region, from 2-4 April that aimed at opening direct contacts between recruiters and the institute graduates.</p><p>During this event, Riyad bank offers job opportunities for female and male graduates, in addition to providing a full description of its workplace features, training and development programs to enhance the professional performance and train the Saudi banking leaders.</p><p>Mazen Khalefah, Executive Vice President of Human Capital, stated that Riyad Bank is always keen to contribute in such occasions as part of its belief that human element is the most valuable asset of any organization. Furthermore, Riyad Bank is considered one of the leading banks in recruiting young national staff achieving highest rates of nationalization by over 94%, besides emphasizing on Saudi women role where they have acquired more than 1,350 positions.</p>
