Riyad Bank successfully awarded the Best Leadership Development Program for 2019. This award was received during the 7th annual summit of GCC GOV HR, in Abu Dhabi that brings together key stakeholders in Human Resources from across the region for highlighting their best practices.
<p>Riyad Bank successfully awarded the Best Leadership Development Program for 2019. This award was received during the 7th annual summit of GCC GOV HR, in Abu Dhabi that brings together key stakeholders in Human Resources from across the region for highlighting their best practices.</p><p>This award reflects the clear vision and strategy to manage learning and development to ensure employees’ skills and capabilities align with the bank’s objectives, which is a recognition of the bank’s development program in partnership with CASS Business School in London.</p><p>The program aims to develop the organizational leadership capabilities of more than 50 senior leaders by 2020. This program provided a clear development roadmap for the Bank’s senior leaders, which focused on technical areas of banking and finance including customer centricity, mergers & acquisitions, FinTech, blockchain, and digital transformation.</p>
