Riyad Bank and the Saudi Water Authority Sign MoU to Enable Financing SMEs in the Water Sector

<div style="direction: rtl;"> <div style="direction: ltr;">Riyad Bank signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Saudi Water Authority (SWA) to enable financing for local SMEs in the water sector, contributing to the enhancement of local content, improving supply chain efficiency, and stimulating investment in one of the most vital sectors for sustainable development.<br /> <br /> The MoU comes as part of the Bank’s efforts to strengthen the embedded contributions between financial institutions and government organizations, with the aim of supporting national enterprises operating in the water sector and enabling them to benefit from investment opportunities and future projects within the sector.<br /> <br /> In addition to that, it aims to develop sustainable financing solutions that support the growth of local SMEs and enhance their participation in the implementation of water projects, thereby increasing their competitiveness and expanding their contribution to economic development.<br /> <br /> The MoU also includes studying and providing specialized financing products for water sector enterprises, supporting local suppliers and contractors, implementing training programs and workshops to enhance the technical, administrative, and financial readiness of enterprises. In addition to exchanging studies and analyses related to market needs and financing opportunities.<br /> <br /> Through this MoU, Riyad Bank continues its efforts to develop solutions and services that meet the needs of vital sectors, contributing to economic growth and supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.</div> <span style="font-size: 1rem; text-align: inherit;"></span></div>
