Riyad Bank renews its sponsorship of “Nabtah” initiative to train AL-Jouf ladies

Within its developmental initiatives and vital collaborations with AlBir Society in Al-Jouf, Riyad Bank continues for the 2nd year in a row to support “Nabtah” initiative, which aims at enabling its members to acquire professional skills that qualify them to enter the job market and become productive elements in society.
<p>Within its developmental initiatives and vital collaborations with AlBir Society in Al-Jouf, Riyad Bank continues for the 2nd year in a row to support “Nabtah” initiative, which aims at enabling its members to acquire professional skills that qualify them to enter the job market and become productive elements in society. “Nabtah” initiative covers more than 100 ladies by enrolling them in a series of training courses held in Al-Jouf Bir vocational training center for women, which includes 4 fully equipped labs, as follows: Computer Lab, Sewing & Embroidery Lab, Cooking & Baking Lab, and Cosmetology Lab.</p><p>Mohammad Al-Rabeah, Executive Vice President of Marketing and the General Director of Community Services Programs at Riyad Bank, emphasized that the 2nd edition of “Nabtah” initiative comes in line with the huge success the initiative achieved in its first edition. He added that it is necessary to expand the level of coverage and maintain the initiative’s sustainability as it represents an ambitious project aiming to develop the skills of the Saudi woman and qualify her to find suitable job opportunities, as well as to create an appropriate atmosphere for her to play a positive and supportive role in society. Al-Rabeah expressed Riyad Bank’s pride of its social collaboration with AlBir society to make this program a success and the bank’s commitment to offer all the support needed to help the institution achieve its aspiration to develop the national potentials.</p>
