<p>Riyad Bank was awarded the best bank of 2018 and recognized as the top supporter of Kafalah Program by His Excellency Dr. Majed bin Abdullah Al Qasabi, the Minister of Commerce and Investment, during its participation in the first edition of "SME Financing Conference 2019" held on April 29th in Riyadh, in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Ahmad Al-Khatib, Chairman of the board of directors of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage.</p><p>Tareq Al-Sadhan, Chief Executive Officer at Riyad Bank, has commended such honor confirming that Riyad Bank aims towards the continuity of small and medium-sized enterprises and their effective contribution to the national economy in order to keep up with the aspirations and requirements of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.</p><p>It is worth mentioning that Riyad Bank is one of the first banks to support Kafalah Program in terms of the total number of guaranteed enterprises since its inception in 2006 and the first bank that applies the method of Finance Portfolios Guarantee. The Bank also provides all entrepreneurs with a "SME Toolkit" which is a comprehensive guide including free templates and software for business management. It also includes self-assessment exercises and useful questions that can help to refine administrative, marketing and financial skills of small and medium-sized enterprises owners.</p>
