<p>Riyad Bank was honored by his excellency the minister of the labor and social development Ahmed Salman Alrajhi for our participation in women leadership program 2030 which held in the ministry of labor and social development with the attendance of numerous HR experts and information technology in the Kingdom, which aim to exchange views and proposals on the latest developments about human resources system in addition to the future opportunity for women.</p><p>The program aims to increase women participation in the labor market also to turn her into an active element through developing her skills and increase her chances to get the suitable job for her according the ability, professionalism and high efficiency, in addition to the discussion about the impact of the technology on the Human resource improvement and the women role to be successful in the work.</p><p>This sponsorship comes in line with the Riyad Bank leading role to this program to support the talents, which is one of 2030 vision goals.</p>
