<p>This achievement confirms the bank’s efforts in the field of social responsibility demonstrated in its program “Bukra” which is based on four main pillars: economy, knowledge, society, and environment.</p> <p>For the economy field, the Bank has adopted a system of specialized training courses to support and empower persons with disabilities, allowing them to integrate and employ in a work environment that caters to their needs with high efficiency and flexibility.</p> <p>The Bank has also played a leading role in promoting environmental awareness by supporting and organizing various green events, most notably the “Bukra” initiative to plant four million trees, an initiative that extends for ten years. In addition to an environmental initiative with Al Hilal football Club, which requires planting 100 trees for every goal scored by the club.</p> <p>Regarding community initiatives, the bank has engaged with several international days, foremost of which are health-related days such as World Diabetes Day, World Cancer Day, blood donation initiatives and others.</p> <p>The bank has also launched several knowledge initiatives for entrepreneurial and community businesses and stimulating innovation, targeting the youth segment in several initiatives that focus on raising financial awareness, investment and launching entrepreneurial projects.</p> <p>All these initiatives are part of the Bank’s efforts to play a leading role in sustainable practices that contribute positively to employees, customers, stakeholders, and the wider community</p>
