<p>Under the auspices of the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region, His Royal Highness Prince Khaled Al-Faisa, the Top CEOs Award was held in its first edition, organized by the Okaz Foundation for Press and Publishing, in which His Excellency Mr. Tariq bin Abdulrahman Al-Sadhan was crowned with the Top CEOs award in the banking sector for the year 2022. It was received on his behalf by His Excellency Mr. Nayef Shalaby, Regional Director of Riyad Bank in the Western Region.</p> <p>The selection of Sadhan is based on Riyad Bank's growth over the past year, in addition to the volume of revenues, assets, number of employees, the bank’s impact on the banking, governmental, and societal sectors, and his wise vision for the bank’s future and his view of the challenges that faced the bank in the past year and turning them into opportunities with a positive return for the bank at all levels, and the adoption of a flexible and developed mechanism to overcome obstacles, in addition to his achievements as CEO and his overall experience.</p> <p>The introduction of this award stems from the national responsibilities of Okaz and its media leadership to advance economic development in line with the methodology and objectives of the “Saudi Vision 2030”, and be an incentive to develop the capabilities of executive leaders in the private sector in various fields, spread the spirit of competitiveness, and support the economic sector and the financial and business community.</p> <p>It is worth noting that the winners were selected by a technical and financial committee specialized in evaluating the winners based on their work and achievements during the past period.</p>
