Enterprises Loan Guarantee Program “Kafalah” aims to

the Kafalah program, the Bank facilitates guaranteed
financing for MSMEs, helping them grow. Beyond
financing, Riyad Bank offers digital account opening for

service level agreement (SLA) compliance achieved for

complaint resolution. In 2025, they engaged with over
10,000 customers, actively listening and providing
timely solutions.
Customer satisfaction is a KPI for Riyad Bank, and is
tracked through post-interaction surveys, feedback
across channels and metrics such as Net Promoter
Score (NPS), Customer Effort Score (CES), Customer
Satisfaction (C-SAT), turnaround time, and error rates.
These metrics are reported directly to the CEO and
Customer Focus Committee members. Insights from
these metrics help the Bank enhance its services and
processes, driving improvements in customer
experience. The Bank’s focus on customer experience
and satisfaction has led to an increase in the NPS for
both digital and non-digital channels. The NPS score for
non-digital channels increased by 27% compared to
