Ms. Hanadi Abdulrahman Al-Sheikh has served as the Chief Transformation Officer at Riyad Bank since 2021, where she leads the bank’s enterprise-wide transformation and strategic development efforts. She brings over fifteen years of professional experience across both the public and private sectors, with deep expertise in strategy, project management, sustainability, environmental and social governance (ESG), and corporate governance.

Throughout her career, Ms. Al-Sheikh has held a number of prominent leadership positions. Most notably, she served as Chief Strategy Officer at the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and was also appointed Head of Corporate Development at Tadawul, where she played a pivotal role in delivering strategic initiatives and driving institutional growth.

Ms. Al-Sheikh currently serves as a Board Member of Riyad Capital, is the Management Representative on the Riyad Bank Strategic Planning Group Board Committee, and holds the position of Vice-Chair of the Riyad Bank Transformation Committee, reflecting her central role in steering the bank’s strategic direction and transformation agenda.

Beyond her institutional roles, she actively contributes to broader industry development initiatives. She is a member of the B20 Taskforce on Finance and Infrastructure and serves on the Executive Council of Businesswomen, underscoring her commitment to inclusivity, women’s empowerment, and the advancement of the financial sector.

Ms. Al-Sheikh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The George Washington University in the United States, providing her with a strong technical foundation that complements her strategic leadership capabilities.
