He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University, USA, with extensive experience in management, investment and banking.
Mr. Al-Issa is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Assila Investments.

A member of the Board of Directors of Riyad Bank since 2025, he holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics from Ball State University, two Master's degrees in Human Resource Management and English from the University of Central Missouri in the United States, and a Bachelor's degree in English from King Faisal University. He has nearly 25 years of experience in business, management, and investment.
He is currently a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Air Navigation Services Company and a board member of MBC Group, Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily), and Al Jazeera Car Rental Company. He is also a board committee of several companies, including Flyadeal, Knowledge Economic City, Al-Ula Development Company, Saudi Information Technology Company, and Riyadh Central Development Company.

Nadir S Al-Koraya

Mr. Nadir Al-Koraya has been serving as the CEO of Riyad Bank since 2024, which is considered Third-largest bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with assets exceeding USD 130 billion.
Mr. Al-Koraya is one of the key members of the leadership team that contributed in the transformation strategy journey at Riyad Bank, which aims to position Riyad Bank as the bank of choice.
Throughout his career, Mr. Al-Koraya has held the position of Chief of Treasury and Investment, where he led a comprehensive transformation of financial management, capital restructuring, asset and liability management, and investment product development, which significantly contributed to the bank’s exceptional growth.
Mr. Al-Koraya has over thirty years of experience in domestic and international financial markets. His career began at Samba Financial Group within the Treasury and Investment Departments, where he worked for twenty years; his last position was Assistant General Manager. In 2014, he joined Riyad Bank and assumed the role of Chief Treasury and Investment.
In addition to his current role, Mr. Al-Koraya is the Chairman of Jeel Digital Innovation, Chairman of 1957 Ventures Fund, a board member of Riyad Capital, a member of Mastercard’s Advisory Council for the Middle East and Africa region, a member of The Saudi French Business Council, an active member of the Children with Disability Association, and a General Assembly Member of the Taalum Education Support Association.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in science with a major in Civil Engineering. In addition, he holds several certificates in leadership development and financial markets programs, including the Leadership Program from Harvard Business School and Board Director Diploma from IMD.
