- The organization shall have a legal entity (a single, joint venture, a simple partnership company, etc.)
- The project should be economically, financially, technically and administratively feasible
The following activities are considered as non-eligible activities to guarantee the program:
- Activities owned or controlled by the government
- Any activity contrary to the laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Speculation “Mudaraba”, for example, banking or real estate speculation (in addition to projects financed by others)
- Activities with annual sales or revenues exceeding SAR 30 million
- When financing is in the form of personal or real estate loans
