How to Enroll
If you are an existing Riyad Bank customer, you only require your Riyad Bank mada Card and PIN. Non Riyad Bank customers can avail of the basic services like cash withdrawal and mini-statement.

To reset the ATM card PIN through Riyad ATM

Insert your card into the ATM

Choose “ New Card / Forget PIN”

The last 4 digit of the registered mobile number will be displayed on the screen. If the number is correct, select confirm

Enter the one-time password received on the registered mobile number then create the new card PIN (4 digits)

Create the new PIN (4 digits)

Now, you can use your new PIN to do your ATM card transactions.
