Riyad Bank offers an Islamic credit facilities program comprising Tawarruq financing and/or documentary credits with refinancing and/or bank letters of guarantee of various types (bid, performance, and advance payment guarantees), intended to finance enterprises' working capital for a repayment period of up to one year, repaid through equal, consecutive monthly installments.

General Terms

 

  • The borrower must hold an acceptable credit rating in line with the Bank's credit policy.

  • The borrower must have been operating for no less than one year and must have a permanent premises and point of sale for the commercial activity(ies) concerned.

  • The enterprise must provide bank statements for the commercial activity(ies) to be financed, held with a local bank, covering a period of one year.

  • Approval under the Kafalah guarantee program must be obtained for the financing, where required.
