What are the types of services in Riyad Bank self-service?
In Riyad Bank Self Service, you can do the following:
- ATM card printing (issue, reissue or renew).
- Credit card printing (issue, reissue or renew).
- Printing the ATM card for students (re-issue or renew) in universities or colleges machines.
- Printing the account statement (For a period of one year or less).
- Update customer information (Employers name, National address, Contact numbers and PO Box).

How does the service work?
How does the service work?
Riyad Bank customer, can use Riyad Bank mada card to benefit from the Riyad self-service, while customers subscribed to the Riyad Online service can log in with the user name and the password.
For non Riyad Bank customers, you can open a current account fast and easily through the website.

Print the ATM card and credit card in case of reissued or renewed:
After logging in to Riyad Bank self-service, the customer can select an option for the required service according to the following instructions:

Determine the type of card that will be reissued or renewed.

Choose the card to be printed.

Choose the reason for printing the card (the card is damaged, stolen…etc.) in case of reissue.

Choose to renew the card in case of renewal.

New card details will be displayed.

Choose "Confirm" to start printing.

Please enter the new password of the new card and re-enter again to confirm.

The printing will start immediately, receive the card, and you must log in to one of the digital channels, (Riyad Online) or (Riyad Mobile), to activate the card.

Choose to renew the card in case of renewal.

After logging in to Riyad Bank self-service, the customer can select an option for the required service according to the following instructions:

Please specify the duration required.

Please specify the type of transactions (withdrawals or deposits).

The details will display for the selected period.

To print the account statement, please click on print option.
Update customer information:
After logging in to Riyad Bank self-service, the customer can select an option for the required service according to the following instructions:

Please select the type of information that needs to be updated (employer name, national address, contact information, zip code).
