Riyad Bank sponsors trial interviews activity for Princess Nourah University Female Graduates

As part of the agreement signed between the bank and Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University to support the university’s activities and programs, Riyad Bank sponsored the trial interviews activity for the university’s female graduates.

<p>As part of the agreement signed between the bank and Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University to support the university’s activities and programs, Riyad Bank sponsored the trial interviews activity for the university’s female graduates.</p><p>Held recently at the University’s Conference Center for one day, the trial interviews activity was run in collaboration with Riyad Bank’s Recruitment Department team in addition to several recruitment agencies and experts in order to simulate job interviews, where the new graduates’ performance and level of readiness were evaluated. Therefore, female graduates were introduced to the evaluation system as well as their strengths, weaknesses, areas for development and skills required for actual interviews, which are an essential part of the recruitment process.</p><p>The activity targets female graduates in order to give them an opportunity to avail the feedback offered by the experts after the interview. This will lead to improve and develop their skills to succeed in actual interviews through a number of areas including the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, the role of female Saudis, self-marketing through interviews and preparation to join the workforce afterwards.</p><p>It is worth mentioning that Riyad Bank and Princess Norah University have enjoyed a fruitful partnership for over 10 years, where the bank seeks to enable both Saudi women and the university to reach a more advanced community in all walks of life. Riyad Bank is honored to be the first bank to hire a Saudi female and now the percentage of female staff has reached 25% of its total workforce, all are Saudi nationals and one of them is an executive vice president.</p>
