New Customers
The customer’s account must be newly opened during the offer period.
The required depositamount (as listed above) must be credited in order for the customer to be upgraded to the relevant segment (Diamond or Golden).
Eligible customers will be upgraded immediately, within a maximum of two (2) business days from the request submission.
Customers must maintain the required balance for a minimum of three (3) months after the upgrade; otherwise, the segment level may be downgraded.
Existing Customers
Customers must increase their balance so that the total available balance in their current account meets the required deposit amount to qualify for the upgrade.
Eligible customers will be upgraded immediately, within a maximum of two (2) business days from the request submission.
Customers must maintain the required balance for a minimum of three (3) months after the upgrade; otherwise, the segment level may be downgraded.
Customers who do not meet the above conditions within the offer period will not be eligible for the upgrade after the offer ends.
All accounts are subject to periodic review to confirm continued eligibility for the assigned segment, whether for upgrade or downgrade.
The bank is regulated by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
