We have upgraded our system to automatically detect the need to update your information once you login to Riyad Online or Riyad line, and then all you have to do is confirm your wish to update your information, and the system will instantly and securely connect with the authorities to update you record with us after you have updated it at the Civil Affairs Office or through Absher.

Login to your Riyad Online account, and if your ID is going to expire within 90 days, a pop up banner will appear on the main page stating that you need to update your ID. This service will only be enables if you have already updated and received your ID from the Civil Affairs Office.
How does this service work through Riyad Line?
Call Riyad Line on: 8001242225
Put the 8 digit user number as shown on the ATM card
Put your password
Put the authentication code sent to your phone (if you are calling from an unregistered number”
A voice message will tell you that your ID is either near expiration or has already expired, to update choose 1
The date of birth registered in our system will be conveyed, if correct press 1 to confirm, if incorrect press 2 to update
If you choose1, the update will be completed successfully
If you choose 2, the system will ask you to put the correct date and confirm the update

What are the benefits of this service?
You will be able to update your National ID or IQama without the need to visit a branch or ATM.

Can I use this service if I still did not receive my new ID from the Civil Affairs Office?
No, you can’t.
I tried to update my ID through Riyad Online but received an error message, what do I do?
This is because your information at the bank is not consistent with the Yaqeen system. If your date of birth is wrong, a pop up message will appear to input the date of birth as shown on your National ID or IQama.
