- The complimentary airport service Includes:
- Meet & Greet and Airport Transfer with luxury car and chauffer,
- Meet & Greet includes
- Meet & greet at arrival/ departure.
- Fast track through security, check-in & immigration.
- Porter assistance with checked bags.
- Escorting to departure gate/ arrival bay.
- Key information:
- Arrivals: Meet the Marhaba representative with your name on a tablet.
- Departures: Check in at the Marhaba terminal counter with your name.
- Timing: Arrive at the airport 3–4 hours before your flight.
- Validation: Show your booking voucher if requested.
- The service in not available for transit through Dubai.
- Airport Transfers include:
- A pickup from Airport to cardholder’s address or drop-off from cardholder’s address to the Airport.
- Area coverage: From/to Dubai Airport Terminals 1,2 and 3 only.
- Distance Coverage: Maximum 45 kms from to Dubai Airport Terminals 1,2 and 3 only.
- Waiting period: At arrival 1 hour | At departure: 15 mins.
- Number of passengers for airport transfers can be up to 3 including cardholder.
- Number of bags can be up to 2 mid-size bags and 1 small bag.
Terms & Conditions
- Offer starts from 09/11/2025 until 31/03/2026.
- Offer is valid on Riyad Bank AlFursan Signature & Infinite credit cards only.
- The airline ticket must be booked using the AlFursan Signature or Infinite credit cards
- Service will be for only Riyad bank Visa AlFursan primary cardholders
- The following caps will apply on the maximum number of complimentary airport service depending on the card type as follows for Airport Transfer at Dubai international airport:
- Visa AlFursan Infinite: 2 complimentary airport service per month
- Visa AlFursan Signature: 1 complimentary airport service per month
- The airport transfer at Dubai International Airport must be booked at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight time.
- Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance.
- Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed trip time, and the new requested time must also be a minimum of 48 hours ahead at the time of change (UAE time).
- Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the confirmed trip time.
- The customer will call premium concierge service center to book the Airport transfer and Meet & Greet service. The concierge will book the service and give the pick-up driver the cardholder telephone number to facilitate pick up.
- The cardholder will be called by the driver at the scheduled pick-up time.
- Customer must have valid Visa credentials to book the service successfully.
- Terms and conditions for Riyad Bank Visa credit cards shall apply.
- Riyad Bank has the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time with prior notice. Existing beneficiaries of this campaign will not be affected by its withdrawal.
- Any complaint or concern related to the Offer should be raised within 15 days of the Offer end date to Riyad Line 8001242225.
- Cardholder must be 18 years old and above to avail the service.
