Eng. Mazen Khalefah is an Chief Human Capital Officer​ at Riyad Bank since 2018. Previously, during his 15 years of experience, he has shown a solid record of successfully managing organizational transformation in the banking sector through progressive HR practices and commitment to excellence.

Prior to joining Riyadh Bank, Khalefah held the position of GM of HR Department at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA). Before that, He held HR leadership positions at various banks, including Head of Learning and Talent at Saudi British Bank (SABB), Head of Talen Acquisition and People Development at Bank AlBilad, and Head of Training Relationship Management at the National Commercial Bank (NCB).

Khalefah holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from King Abdulaziz University. He received further professional development through numerous executive and leadership programs from esteemed institutions, such as the Institute for Management Development (IMD), INSEAD, and Michigan Ross School of Business.
