Terms & Conditions
New Customers
• The customer’s account must be newly opened during the offer period.
• The required deposit amount (as listed above) must be credited in order for the customer to be upgraded to the relevant segment (Diamond or Golden).
• Eligible customers will be upgraded immediately, within a maximum of two (2) business days from the request submission.
• Customers must maintain the required balance for a minimum of three (3) months after the upgrade; otherwise, the segment level may be downgraded.
Existing Customers
• Customers must increase their balance so that the total available balance in their current account meets the required deposit amount to qualify for the upgrade.
• Eligible customers will be upgraded immediately, within a maximum of two (2) business days from the request submission.
• Customers must maintain the required balance for a minimum of three (3) months after the upgrade; otherwise, the segment level may be downgraded.
• Customers who do not meet the above conditions within the offer period will not be eligible for the upgrade after the offer ends.
• All accounts are subject to periodic review to confirm continued eligibility for the assigned segment, whether for upgrade or downgrade.
• The bank is regulated by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
