1. Eligibility

* Participation is open to both existing and new Riyad Bank customers.

* Participants must have an active Riyad Bank account to be eligible for the draw and receive the prize.

 

2. Competition Platforms

* Competitions will be conducted through Riyad Bank’s official social media accounts.

 

3. Competition Period & Prizes

* The competition period, prize value, and prize distribution mechanism may vary and will be specified in each competition post.

* Prizes may be provided by Riyad Bank or one of its partners and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

 

4. Participation Requirements

* Follow Riyad Bank’s official account on the relevant platform from the time of participation until the winners are announced.

* Retweet/Repost the competition post.

* Fulfill any additional requirements specified in the competition post.

* All requirements must be met to qualify for the draw.

 

5. Winner Selection

* Winners will be selected through a random draw in accordance with Riyad Bank’s approved mechanism.

* For competitions requiring a correct answer, the draw will be conducted only among participants who submitted the correct answer and met all participation requirements.

 

6. Winner Notification & Prize Claim

* Winners will be contacted through Riyad Bank’s approved communication channels.

* Winners must respond and provide the required information within the specified period.

* If a winner does not respond or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, Riyad Bank reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

7. Required Winner Information

* Full name.

* Mobile number.

* City – (if the draw will be on iPhone for an example)

*Verified Email on Webook – (if the draw will be for alhilal match tickets)

* User ID displayed in the customer’s Riyad Bank digital banking account.

Winners are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and complete.

 

8. Product or Card-Specific Requirements

* Certain competitions may include additional requirements related to a specific Riyad Bank product, card, or service. Any such requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant competition announcement.

 

9. Prize Delivery

* Prizes will be delivered or credited within the timeframe specified for each competition, subject to operational procedures and official holidays.

* Where a prize is provided by a partner, delivery may be subject to the partner’s applicable process.

 

10. General Terms

* Riyad Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition or modify its terms and conditions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

* Participants may not use multiple social media accounts to increase their chances of winning. Riyad Bank reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation.

* Participation in the competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
