• Campaign is applicable only for Riyad Bank Visa Credit and Prepaid cardholders who have received communication from Riyad Bank via SMS, email or mobile notification.
• The campaign is valid from 1/07/2025 until 31/08/2025
• The Cashback will be awarded to active and non-delinquent Riyad Bank Credit and Prepaid Cards only.
• Only international in-store point of sale purchases made using a physical card, Apple Pay, Samsung Wallet, Google Wallet or Mada Pay are eligible for cashback.
• Campaign does not include ATM transaction, SADAD payments, transfers, cash withdrawals & E-wallet.
• Qualified transactions will be calculated after deducting any reversed, voided, or disputed transactions.
• Riyad Bank reserves the right to withdraw the campaign at any time after notifying the customer. This Offer becomes null and void in the event it has been removed from Riyad Bank website. Existing beneficiaries of this campaign will not be affected by its withdrawal.
• If any customer violates any of the terms and conditions of this campaign, the bank has the right to exclude that customer at any stage of the campaign.

• Eligible Transactions: international in-store point of sale purchases made during the campaign period using eligible Visa credit and prepaid cards from Riyad Bank, 
• The customer will be notified of the eligible card via SMS, email, or mobile notifications.
• One (1) Qualified Card per customer is eligible for one (1) award during the Period.
• Cashback will be calculated and paid at the end of the campaign, but not later than 31st of October 2025.
• Statement credit message will contain the following wording: “Visa Cross Border Campaign Cashback”.
• Any potential complaints from the participating cardholders regarding the award amount to Riyad Line 8001242225 will only be reviewed within the 30 days after the award period end date of 30/11/2025. Any complaints after this date will not be considered.
