1. The campaign starts on 26/08/2026 and ends on 28/08/2026.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

• The first 76 customers who reach the minimum spend of SAR 5,000 during the campaign period will qualify. The campaign is available to all new and existing Al Hilal cardholders.

• Two Skybox tickets will be awarded to the first customer who reaches the minimum spend.

• Two standard tickets will be awarded to each of the next 75 qualified customers after the first qualifier.

3. Only purchase transactions made at point-of-sale terminals and merchants will be counted.

4. Eligible transactions do not include:

• SADAD payments.

• Cash withdrawals or cash advances.

• Balance transfers.

• E-wallet top-up transactions.

• Government payments.

• Fees, profits, refunded amounts, or cancelled or disputed transactions. Cashback will be credited to the cards.

5. Qualified customers will be contacted through Riyad Bank’s official channels.

6. The qualified customer will be contacted. If the Bank is unable to reach the qualified customer, the customer will be disqualified and the next customer who meets the eligibility criteria above will be selected.

7. Tickets will be distributed to qualified customers on 31 August for the Al-Hilal vs. Al-Ahli match, which will take place on 1 September at Kingdom Arena.

8. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

9. Riyad Bank employees and Private Banking customers are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

10. Riyad Bank reserves the right to withdraw the campaign at any time after notifying the customer. This offer will be considered cancelled if it is removed from the Riyad Bank website. Customers who have already benefited from the campaign will not be affected by its withdrawal.
