Terms & conditions
- EMOB Activation Campaign – Terms & Conditions (Riyad Bank)
- Campaign period
- This campaign (“Campaign”) is valid from 15/5/2026 until 15/06/2026 (both dates inclusive).
- Eligibility
- The Campaign is applicable to Riyad Bank Credit Cardholders only who:
- Have received a Campaign communication from the Bank via SMS, Email, or Mobile App notification that includes the last four (4) digits of the eligible credit card; and
- Belong to the target segment of customers whose eligible card was booked/issued in the last 60 days to the Campaign start date, as determined by the Bank; and
- Hold an eligible card product listed in the Campaign Qualification Table below.
- Cardholders must refer to the Bank’s communication message to confirm eligibility and the eligible card under this offer.
- Eligible credit cards
- The “Eligible Credit Cards” are all cards listed in the table below and explicitly referenced in the Bank’s communication (via last 4 digits) as eligible for this Campaign.
- Eligible transactions
- An “Eligible Transaction” is any successful purchase transaction made using the Eligible Credit Card
- How to qualify
- To qualify for the reward, the cardholder must, during the Campaign period:
- Complete three (3) or more Eligible Transactions, and
- Reach at least the minimum total eligible spend applicable to their Eligible Credit Card, as stated in the Campaign Qualification Table (“Total Eligible Spend”).
- Reward / Incentive
- Qualified cardholders will receive a reward value based on their Eligible Credit Card as per the Campaign Qualification Table below (“Reward”).
- The Reward is one (1) reward per eligible card/customer during the Campaign period, regardless of the number of times criteria are met, unless the Bank communicates otherwise.
- Exclusions (non-eligible transactions)
- The Campaign does not include (and these will not count toward qualification):
- SADAD payments,
- Transfers and cash transfers,
- Cash withdrawals,
- Disputed transactions,
- Refunded/returned/reversed transactions,
- Fees, charges, and card payments (including bill/loan payments where applicable),
- Any transactions deemed fraudulent, suspicious, or not genuine by the Bank.
- Fulfilment conditions
- The Reward will be awarded only to active and non-delinquent cards/accounts that meet the Campaign criteria at the time of fulfilment.
- The Bank reserves the right to verify transaction eligibility and to disqualify any cardholder if transactions are found to be non-genuine, reversed, refunded, disputed, or otherwise ineligible.
- Reward delivery timeline
- The Reward will be fulfilled to qualifying cardholders within 30 working days after completion of the Campaign period.
- Bank rights / changes & disqualification
- If the customer violates these terms and conditions and/or the product terms and conditions, the Bank has the right to exclude the cardholder at any stage of the Campaign after notifying the cardholder, at the Bank’s sole discretion.
- The Bank may amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign and/or these terms and conditions where necessary, in accordance with applicable rules and internal policies.
- Excluded customer segments
- Riyad Bank employees and Private Banking customers are excluded from this Campaign.
- Complaints & support
- Any complaints, queries, or concerns regarding the Campaign must be raised within 30 days of the Campaign closure date.

- Cardholder must be 18 years of age or more.
