- Riyad Bank credit cardholders will be eligible for a SAR 75 cash advance fee reversal when withdrawing a minimum amount of SAR 3,500 from ATMs or transferring cash from their credit cards to their accounts
- The offer is valid from 10/Mar/2026 until 23/Mar/2026
- The offer is applicable to all Riyad Bank retail credit cards
- Eligible transactions include
- Cash withdrawals from ATMs or cash transfers from credit cards to customers’ accounts
- The minimum amount required to qualify is SAR 3,500
- Maximum cash withdrawal limited to 30% of the credit limit
- The maximum cash advance fee reversal is SAR 75 for each eligible transaction during the offer period
- The offer does not include SADAD payments or E-wallet transactions.
- The cash advance fee reversal is applicable only to active and non-delinquent credit cards meeting the campaign criteria at the time of fulfilment.
- The cash advance fee will be charged on your credit card and refunded back to your card on or before 23/Apr/2026.
- Each credit cardholder is eligible for multiple cash advance fee reversals during the offer period, provided that each transaction meets the campaign Terms and conditions.
- ATM cash withdrawals or cash advance transactions are not eligible to earn reward points from the bank unless specifically mentioned.
- If the customer violates any of the terms and conditions of this campaign, Riyad Bank reserves the right to exclude the cardholder after notifying them, at any stage of the campaign, at its absolute discretion.
- Riyad Bank reserves the right to stop or withdraw the campaign at any time after notifying credit cardholders. This Offer becomes null and void if removed from the Riyad Bank website. Existing beneficiaries will not be affected by such withdrawal.
- The statement credit message will contain the following wording: “Cash Advance Reversal Fee – Ramadan Offer 2026”.
- Any complaints, queries or concerns regarding the offer must be raised within 15 days of the offer closure date by calling Riyad Line 8001242225.
- Riyad Bank employees and Private segment will be excluded from this campaign.
