He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University, USA, with extensive experience in management, investment and banking.
Mr. Al-Issa is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Assila Investments.

Member of the Board of Directors of Riyad Bank since 2016. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University, with more than 22 years of experience in business, commerce and investment in the financial markets.
Mr. AlAzzawi is currently the Chairman of Herfy Food Services Co., and Chairman of Arabian Cement Co., the CEO & member of the Board of Directors of Saudi Industrial Construction & Engineering Project Co Ltd., Saudi Trading & Technology Co.Ltd, and AlWusataa Development Co.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of various companies, including Savola Group, Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily), Savola foods, United Sugar Co., and Afia Int'l Co. KSA.

Member of the Board of Directors of Riyad Bank since 2016. He holds a Bachelor degree in Business and Economics, Harvard Executive Program from Harvard University, USA, in addition to several financial and administrative programs inside and outside the Kingdom.
Mr. Al-Rammah is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals and served as the Treasurer of the world’s largest oil company The Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi ARAMCO) and retired with more than 34 years of experience. He was in charge of various financial risk departments, reduced the impact of risk on the company at Saudi ARAMCO. He also managed the local and global pension fund’s investments, insurance programs, financing programs, Joint ventures, subsidiaries and affiliates.
Furthermore, Mr. Al-Rammah held several senior positions in logistics and finance management, including the General Auditor of the Internal Audit Department, the General Controller of Accounts, the General Manager of the Financing and Development joint ventures local and global. Under his leadership, more than USD 25 Billion were financed and USD 3 Billion worth of Sukuk were issued.
Mr. Al-Rammah previously served as the Chairman of the Saudi Aramco Insurance (Stellar) and held several Board membership in other Saudi Aramco affiliates, subsidiaries local and international companies. He is also a member of many advisory and executive committees.

Mr. Al-Wehibi is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Catering Co., and Chief Executive Officer of Abdullah Al-Ali Al-Munjam Sons Company ,and a member of the Board of Directors at various companies, including Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC), Mudad Company.

A member of the Board of Directors of Riyad Bank since 2025, he holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics from Ball State University, two Master's degrees in Human Resource Management and English from the University of Central Missouri in the United States, and a Bachelor's degree in English from King Faisal University. He has nearly 25 years of experience in business, management, and investment.
He is currently a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Air Navigation Services Company and a board member of MBC Group, Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily), and Al Jazeera Car Rental Company. He is also a board committee of several companies, including Flyadeal, Knowledge Economic City, Al-Ula Development Company, Saudi Information Technology Company, and Riyadh Central Development Company.

Nadir S Al-Koraya

Nadir Al-Koraya is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Riyad Bank, the 5th largest bank in GCC with over USD 100 billion of assets.
Al-Koraya was part of the core team that led Riyad Bank’s transformation into one of the fastest growing, most innovative and customer centric banks in the region. Prior to his current role as CEO, Mr Al-Koraya was the Chief Treasury and Investment Officer, where he led the end-to-end transformation of the banks funding, capital, ALM, product innovation and investment functions, driving Riyad Bank’s exceptional growth.
He has over 30 years of experience in KSA and global financial markets, starting his career at Samba Financial Group within the Treasury management. After spending 20 years in various roles at Samba, he then took over as Chief Treasury and Investment Officer at Riyad Bank in 2014.
In addition to his leadership role in Riyad Bank, Al-Koraya is the Board Chairman of Jeel Innovation Digital Company, Board Chairman of 1957 Ventures Fintech, Board member Riyad Capital and member of Mastercard Middle East & Africa Advisory Board.
Al-Koraya earned his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and MBA from California State University at Fullerton. In addition, he has attended various leadership and financial market development programs at Harvard Business School, IMD, JP Morgan, UBS, Citibank.
