He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University, USA, with extensive experience in management, investment and banking.
Mr. Al-Issa is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Assila Investments.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of various companies, including Savola Group, Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily), Savola foods, United Sugar Co., and Afia Int'l Co. KSA.

Ms. Al-Tawil held various leading roles, including CEO of FAB Capital, CEO of Emirates NBD Capital, Head of Structured Finance in HSBC Saudi Arabia, Advisor in Ministry of Finance and a member of Investment & Securities Committee in the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce.

A member of the Board of Directors of Riyad Bank since 2025, he holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics from Ball State University, two Master's degrees in Human Resource Management and English from the University of Central Missouri in the United States, and a Bachelor's degree in English from King Faisal University. He has nearly 25 years of experience in business, management, and investment.
He is currently a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Air Navigation Services Company and a board member of MBC Group, Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily), and Al Jazeera Car Rental Company. He is also a board committee of several companies, including Flyadeal, Knowledge Economic City, Al-Ula Development Company, Saudi Information Technology Company, and Riyadh Central Development Company.

Nadir S Al-Koraya

Nadir Al-Koraya is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Riyad Bank, the 5th largest bank in GCC with over USD 100 billion of assets.
Al-Koraya was part of the core team that led Riyad Bank’s transformation into one of the fastest growing, most innovative and customer centric banks in the region. Prior to his current role as CEO, Mr Al-Koraya was the Chief Treasury and Investment Officer, where he led the end-to-end transformation of the banks funding, capital, ALM, product innovation and investment functions, driving Riyad Bank’s exceptional growth.
He has over 30 years of experience in KSA and global financial markets, starting his career at Samba Financial Group within the Treasury management. After spending 20 years in various roles at Samba, he then took over as Chief Treasury and Investment Officer at Riyad Bank in 2014.
In addition to his leadership role in Riyad Bank, Al-Koraya is the Board Chairman of Jeel Innovation Digital Company, Board Chairman of 1957 Ventures Fintech, Board member Riyad Capital and member of Mastercard Middle East & Africa Advisory Board.
Al-Koraya earned his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and MBA from California State University at Fullerton. In addition, he has attended various leadership and financial market development programs at Harvard Business School, IMD, JP Morgan, UBS, Citibank.

Chairman of the Sharia Committee at Riyad Bank since 2024, holds a PHD in comparative jurisprudence from the Higher Institute of Judiciary at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, holds the position of the General President of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice with the rank of minister, has many publications and research papers on Sharia transactions, and previously served as Director of the Islamic University and Dean of the Higher Institute of the Judiciary, and Head of the Sharia Boards of several commercial companies.
