Riyad Bank off-plan program, in collaboration with the Housing Ministry, is specially designed to provide you with the opportunity to own your dream house through approved real estate development projects and Off-Plan Sales Committee (WAFI).

Home Finance features and benefits:

  • The payment period is up to 20 years
  • Possibility of having more than one finance
  • Cooperative insurance against all risks
  • Exemption in case of death or permanent disability and transfer of ownership of the property to the heirs in accordance with the insurance coverage
  • The repayment period is up to 20 years
  • Financing housing support recipients
  • Cooperative insurance against all hazards
  • Exemption in the event of death or total disability (God forbid) and waiver of the property in favor of the heirs directly according to the insurance coverage criteria
  • For Saudis only
  • Minimum monthly salary of SAR 5,000
  • For government, semi-government and private sectors, as well as other bank employees
  • Salary transfer is a must (excluding other bank employees)

  • Copy of valid Saudi national ID
  • Completed application form for Home Finance
  • Completed applicant undertaking form
  • Completed applicant health declaration
  • Detailed salary certificate with a clear joining date
