• Enjoy free valet parking services every month in different locations in Riyadh, Jeddah, AL Dammam
• The free Valet service is complimentary for the first 3 hours only. In case, the cardholder wishes to extend the service beyond 3 hours, additional charges will be charged to the customer, with price dependent on the location, timing and day of the week (weekday or weekend) based on service provider.
• Customer should note that prices may differ between weekdays and weekends.

• The complimentary service is subjected to the availability of parking slots and valet provider’s working hours.
• To enjoy free Valet parking service, eligible credit card should be active and not delinquent at the time of availing this service.
• Offer valid from 30-Sep-2025 till 31-Aug-2026.
• Offer is applicable for all existing eligible credit cards and is also applicable for new customers applying for the eligible card products as per the Valet Parking Eligibility Table*.
• Valet Service will be offered to Both primary and supplementary Cardholders .
• Valet services include vehicle acceptance, secure parking, and retrieval upon the customer’s request.
• The number of eligible valet services is based on the card type and is determined by the Valet Service Eligibility Grid below.

1. Monthly free Valet services are reset on the last day of each calendar month.
2. Unused monthly Valet Services cannot be carried over to the following month.
3. The monthly free valet services permitted is non-transferable .

How to register for this service?

• Cardholder must download the ZAPS Premium App, available exclusively in App store or google play store.
• Register with bank registered mobile number, name and eligible Riyad Bank Credit card* details to complete the registration.
• The validation of your registration request will take up to 72 working hours.
• Once the validation is completed, the service will be active and customer will be notified via the in-app notification.
• * first 6 and last 4 digits of Riyad bank credit card.

How to avail this service?

• Log in to ZAPS Premium app
• Customer select the required valet parking location, the app automatically generate a digital parking voucher
• Customer drives to the mall/location and reaches the Valet Parking Counter of the premise
• Customer opens the app and redeems the voucher he/she wants to use at the premise
• Customer presents that digital voucher to the Valet Parking Staff
• Valet Parking Staff accepts car from the customer for parking as per the voucher
• Valet Parking Staff validates the voucher using the pre-defined merchant code.

Service conditions:

- Time-Limited Locations: Complimentary parking voucher is valid for 3 hours. Parking beyond this duration will incur additional charges, payable by the user.

- Full-Day Locations: At such locations complimentary vouchers remain valid until the end of the service hours for the day.

• Customer must ensure that their vehicles are roadworthy, legally registered, and insured.
• All valuables should be removed or securely stored in the vehicle. The service provider or the Bank is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Each cardholder is entitled to redeem only one complimentary valet parking services once per day per location.
• Vouchers are non-refundable once validated, other than exceptional cases where the service cannot be provided due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Users must adhere to the parking location’s specific rules and guidelines.
• Users must collect their vehicles promptly, as extended parking beyond working hours may involve traffic authorities, and additional charges.
• The service provider reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at their discretion, particularly if the vehicle is deemed unsafe or if the customer behaves inappropriately.
• The service provider is not responsible for damages caused by third parties or events outside their control (e.g., natural disasters, vandalism).
• Damage claims must be reported immediately upon vehicle retrieval to the valet service provider directly.
• The operating hours and specific details are clearly outlined for each location in ZAPS app.
• The service is provided upon presenting a valid digital parking voucher in the App at the initial handover of the vehicle.
• The voucher is valid for parking a single vehicle, is not transferable and is subject to the parking duration specified for each location.
• List of Valet parking locations in KSA valid under this offer will be available on the app or periodically updated on the bank’s website.

Valet services ZAPS Premium App rules:

• To use the ZAPS Premium valet parking mobile application (‘App”), user must be at least 18 years old. By using the App, user represent and warrant to meet this requirement.
• By registering to ZAPS Premium application to avail this service, User agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the app and Bank’s Terms and Conditions related to the app.
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• By using the App, user consent to the collection, use, and storage of personal data in accordance with the App’s privacy policy.
• The App's features, content, services may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
• User access to the App may be suspended or terminated for violating the terms or engaging in inappropriate activity.
• The valet services are provided "as is," and App makes no guarantees regarding the availability of parking spaces at any location.
• The service provider may amend these terms and conditions anytime after notifying the customer, and those updates will be shared via the App or other appropriate channels.
• Users must ensure that their vehicles are roadworthy, legally registered, and insured.
• All valuables should be removed or securely stored in the vehicle. The service provider is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

•  Secure parking subject to availability, and
•  Vehicle retrieval upon the customer’s request.

•  By availing this offer, the cardholder accepts that any kind of inappropriate usage of the offer including but not limited to the applicable of multiple primary and supplementary cards with an intention to misuse the free benefits is strictly forbidden
•  The Bank at its sole discretion can define what is treated as misuse of the offer and reserves the right to take relevant actions, which can include suspension / restriction / conditions on some of the card benefits that is otherwise, available to the customer.
