4.2 The customer may earn Hasad Points for one or more eligible activities, provided that the conditions applicable to each activity are separately met.
4.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine which transactions are eligible and ineligible for the purpose of calculating Hasad Points. The Bank's records, systems, and decisions are final and binding in this regard.

8. Terms and Conditions of Hasad Points for Increasing the Current Account Balance
8.1 The eligible customer may earn Hasad Points when increasing the average current account balance for the current month beyond the average balance during the three immediately preceding months (referred to as the Reference Balance), in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8.3 If the customer registers during the registration period, the Reference Balance will be calculated based on the average current account balance during the three months immediately preceding the month of registration. For example:
How the Reference Balance is calculated:
| Average balance in March | 40,000 |
| Average balance in April | 10,000 |
| Average balance in May | 10,000 |
| Reference Balance | (10,000 + 10,000 + 40,000) / 3 = 20,000 |
Note: The average monthly balance is calculated by taking the end-of-day account balance for each day of the month and dividing it by the number of days in the month.
8.5 The customer must increase the average current account balance by no less than SAR 5,000 above the Reference Balance to be eligible for Hasad Points under this section. For example:
How Hasad Points are calculated:
If the customer's Reference Balance is SAR 20,000, and the average current account balance during the Campaign registration month becomes SAR 27,000:
| Description | Value |
|---|---|
| Reference Balance for the three months preceding the customer's registration | SAR 20,000 |
| Average current account balance during June | SAR 27,000 |
| The increase over the average Reference Balance and the average balance for June | SAR 7,000 |
| Points calculated | 7,000 / 5 = 1,400 points |
| Points due after applying the cap | 1,400 points |
8.7 Hasad Points are calculated at a rate of one point for every increase of SAR 5 in the average current account balance compared to the Reference Balance, provided that the minimum increase referred to above is met.
8.8 The maximum points disbursed shall be 100,000 Hasad Points per customer per month.
8.9 During the first ten business days of the following month, any due Hasad Points are deposited into the customer's account, based on the increase in the average current account balance during the previous month compared to the Reference Balance. For example: during the first ten business days of July, Hasad Points are deposited based on the increase in the average current account balance for June compared to the average Reference Balance.
8.11 Withdrawing from a savings account and depositing the amount into the current account is not counted among the eligible transactions in calculating the average current account balance or the average Reference Balance. For example: if the customer increases their current account balance by SAR 15,000, resulting from a withdrawal of SAR 10,000 from their savings account balance, then Hasad Points will be granted on the net increase of SAR 5,000 only.
8.14 The Reference Balance and the increase in the average current account balance are calculated across all of the customer's current accounts.
8.14 The Bank reserves the right to recalculate, adjust, suspend, or reverse Hasad Points if any operational or technical error, manipulation, misuse, suspicious activity, or ineligible activity is found.
9. Deposit and Redemption of Hasad Points
9.2 For points related to increasing the current account balance, the points are deposited within the first ten business days of the following month, after completing all internal verification and reconciliation procedures.
9.3 Customers may redeem Hasad Points through the redemption options available within the Hasad program via the Riyad Bank app or any other channel determined by the Bank.
9.4 The redemption of Hasad Points is subject to the terms and conditions of the Hasad program, and any additional conditions determined by the Bank or the relevant parties.
9.5 Hasad Points may not be directly exchanged for cash, nor may they be transferred, sold, or assigned, unless the Bank permits this under the Hasad program.
9.6 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of the Hasad program regarding the use or redemption of points, the terms and conditions of the Hasad program shall apply to the extent related to redemption and use.
9.7 The customer must be registered in the Hasad program at the time of registering for the Campaign, or register in the Hasad program at the time of registering for the Campaign; otherwise they will not be eligible to earn Hasad Points under this Campaign.
10. Customers Not Registered in the Campaign

10.2 Customers who are not registered in the Campaign are not entitled to claim any additional points or benefits specific to the Campaign.
11. Registered Customers Who Already Use Cards
11.1 If the customer registers in the Campaign and is already using a credit card or a prepaid card, they will continue to earn Hasad Points on eligible transactions in accordance with the usual mechanism of the Hasad program.

11.3 The Campaign does not affect any points previously earned, unless those points were added by mistake or as a result of manipulation, misuse, or ineligible activity.
12. Customers Benefiting from Any Balance Increase or Average Account Campaign
12.1 Customers benefiting from any campaign relating to balance increase or average account balance are not eligible to earn Hasad Points for increasing the current account balance under this Campaign.

12.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine whether a customer is benefiting from any campaign relating to balance increase or average account balance based on the Bank's records and internal systems. The Bank's decision in this regard is final and binding.
