Mr. Abdullah AlJabr is serving as Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer at Riyad Bank since 2026. He possesses experience spanning many years in developing marketing strategies and innovating solutions that enhance the customer experience across several sectors in the Saudi market.

His career has been distinguished by the ability to reshape marketing concepts and link them to an integrated customer experience that contributes to achieving growth and enhancing loyalty.

His professional career began with Al Tayyar Travel and Tourism Group (Seera), during which he focused on restructuring marketing management and improving the customer experience, which contributed to enhancing brand awareness, after that, He moved to Almosafer as head of Marketing and Communications, where he led the development of the customer experience and the launch of innovative marketing campaigns, in addition to building strategic partnerships that contributed to expanding the customer base and increasing the application's growth compared to competitors.

In 2020, he was appointed as Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer at Emkan Finance, where he led a qualitative transformation of the brand that contributed to its repositioning in the market and enhancing its competitive presence. This was in addition to developing products and marketing strategies that raised the level of loyalty, leading the Emkan application to top the list of most downloaded applications in its category on the Apple Store.

In 2023 He served as Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer at AlRajhi Bank, where he led the development of a marketing strategy focused on growth and enhancing customer loyalty, alongside improving the customer journey, and contributing to the development of loyalty programs in line with the bank's strategic directions.

Mr. Abdullah holds a master's degree in arts in Advertising and Marketing Communications, from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in Marketing, from Qassim University, this reflects a scientific background that supports his practical experience in the fields of marketing and customer experience.
