Member of the Sharia Committee at Riyad Bank since 2024, holds a master's and PHD degrees in comparative jurisprudence from the Higher Institute of Judiciary at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, and a master's degree in corporate finance law from the University of Westminster in UK. He is a faculty member at the Higher Institute of Judiciary, a member of the Board of the General Authority for Guardianship over the Funds of Minors and a member of its Sharia Committee. He previously served as an advisor in the committee Adjudication and appeal in securities disputes, has several writings and research papers in Sharia transactions.
