A member of the Sustainability Committee at Riyad Bank since 2025, he holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame, USA. He has extensive experience in financial management, law, and corporate governance for both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

He is also the founder and managing member of Diyala Advisors, LLC in New York City.
