Terms and Conditions for Real Estate Financing
- For salary-transfer and non-salary-transfer customers.
- For Saudi customers.
- Minimum age: 20 years.
- All approved sectors.
- Minimum salary starts from SAR 3,000.
- Maximum financing tenure: 30 years.
- Administrative fees are refundable after deducting VAT and excluding valuation fees.
- Annual Percentage Rate starts from 7.24%.
- Fixed term cost.
- Full refund of administrative fees, net of VAT and excluding valuation fees.
- The cashback amount will be deposited within 10 business days into the account through which the financing application was submitted.
- The campaign is valid from 22/5/2026 to 31/5/2026.
- The Bank reserves the right to approve applications based on the customer’s eligibility, product eligibility, and credit assessment for each customer.
