  • You will receive an SMS from Riyad Bank
  • Inform the cashier of the amount you wish to redeem
  • Share the OTP received via SMS with the cashier
  • Once completed, you will receive a confirmation SMS indicating that your points have been successfully redeemed.

  • The mobile number provided must match the number registered in Hassad membership with Riyad Bank.
  • Terms and conditions for exchange and refund points apply, according to the merchant exchange and return policy.
  • Hassad points redeemed at partners stores cannot be converted into cash.
