Terms And Condition Cashback Salary Transfer
- The campaign is available to new and existing customers. Existing customers who already have their salaries transferred to the Bank are not eligible to participate in the offer.
- The minimum monthly salary deposited into the eligible customer’s account is SAR 10,000.
- The customer will receive an annual cashback equivalent to 4% of the net monthly salary, distributed over 12 months.
- The maximum cashback amount is SAR 4,000 annually, capped at SAR 333.33 per month.
- Cashback will be calculated based on the salary transferred during the period from the 25th of each month until the 5th of the following month.
- The cashback amount will be deposited into the customer’s account within the first 10 business days of the month following the salary transfer.
- Salary transfers must be classified and recognized by the Bank’s systems as salaries received from approved employers or through salary transfer channels accepted by the Bank.
- The Bank reserves the right to request a salary certificate, employment letter, or any other supporting documents at any time.
- Joint, dormant, frozen, restricted, blocked, employee, or accounts under review or investigation may be excluded at the Bank’s discretion.
- Customers with defaults, fraud indicators, suspicious activities, or regulatory remarks may be excluded without prior notice.
- Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee entitlement to cashback unless all verification and internal review procedures of the Bank are completed.
- This campaign does not apply to customers who transferred their salaries to the Bank through the Personal Finance Buyout offer provided by the Bank.
- If the minimum salary requirement is not met for three consecutive months, the customer will be excluded from the offer.
- The Bank reserves the right to defer, suspend, cancel, reverse, or withhold any cashback payments related to fraud.
- Transfers between personal accounts, cash deposits, remittances, temporary balances, or any artificial entries shall not be considered eligible salary transfers for the campaign.
- Any interruption, reduction below the minimum eligible salary threshold, or delay in salary transfer by the employer may result in the suspension or cancellation of the cashback.
- Customers who change their employer during the campaign period may be required to re-verify their eligibility for the application of the campaign terms and conditions.
- The Bank reserves the right to reject salary transfers received from employers that are not approved or recognized in accordance with the Bank’s internal policies.
- The Bank reserves the right to amend the campaign mechanism, eligibility criteria, cashback structure, or operational procedures in line with regulatory, supervisory, or internal requirements applicable to new customers.
