The Offer:
Enjoy free airport transfers every month to and from King Khalid / King Abdulaziz / King Fahd International & Domestic airport terminals to the customer provided address. Free airport transfer defined as -
a) Airport transfer to and from King Khalid International/Domestic airport Riyadh to address in Riyadh
b) Airport transfer to and from King Abdulaziz International/Domestic airport, Jeddah to address in Jeddah
c) Airport transfer to and from King Fahd International/Domestic airport, Dammam to address in Eastern Region
2. To enjoy free Airport Transfer service, eligible credit card should be active and not delinquent at the time of availing this service.
3. Offer valid from 30-Sep-2025 till 31-Aug-2026.
4. Offer is applicable for all existing eligible credit cards and is also applicable for new customers applying for the eligible card products as per the Airport Transfer Eligibility Table*.
5. Service will be offered to Both primary and supplementary Cardholders
6. The number of eligible rides and type of car for the airport transfer is based on the card type and is determined by the Airport Transfer eligibility table* below
7. How to register for this service?
a) Cardholder must download the ZAPS Premium App, available exclusively in App store or google play store.
b) Register with bank registered mobile number, name and eligible Riyad Bank Credit card* details to complete the registration.
c) The validation of your registration request will take up to 72 working hours.
d) Once the validation is completed, the service will be active and customer will be notified via the in-app notification.

8. How to avail this service?
a) Log in to ZAPS Premium app
b) Select the Airport Transfer option under services.
c) Update your travel details, including:
i. City– any restrictions that may apply for passengers and luggage
ii. Terminal number and flight details.
iii. Customer Location – for both pickup, drop-off
iv. Mobile number and additional driver instructions.
d) Review the updates and confirm to proceed ahead.
e) Upon successful confirmation, SMS for confirming the request will be sent to the cardholder.
f) Cardholder to download the voucher from ZAPS Premium application with booking details including driver name and mobile number.
9. Service conditions:
a) Cardholder must book the service at least 48 hours before the schedule.
b) Customers may reschedule a trip at least 48 hours before the confirmed trip time.
c) The new trip date must be scheduled at least 48 hours ahead from the time of rescheduling.
d) Customers may cancel a trip up to 24 hours before the confirmed trip time.
e) Monthly free airport transfers are reset on the last day of each calendar month.
f) Unused monthly airport transfers cannot be carried over to the following month.
g) If an airport transfer booking is canceled, it will be reinstated only if the booking was made within the same month.
h) If a trip is rescheduled, the entitlement may be carried over to the next month, if the rescheduling is done in accordance with the policy terms & conditions.
i) Free Airport Transfer availability is subject to the number of passengers, luggage restrictions and car type based on the eligible credit card under this offer.
j) The monthly free airport transfers permitted is non-transferable.
k) By registering to ZAPS Premium application to avail this service, User agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the app and Bank’s Terms and Conditions related to the app.
10. Package includes the following:
a) Number of passengers : 2 to 3 max (depending on the car class)
b) Number of baggage : 2 to 3 pcs max (mid-size luggage and depending on car class)
c) Wait time for departure : 20 mins
d) Wait time for arrival : 45-60 mins
e) Distance : Within 45km city limits from/ to the airport
f) Booking time : 48 hours before the trip
g) Cancellation : 24 hours before the trip
11. ZAPS Premium App rules:
a) To use the ZAPS Premium mobile application (‘App”), user must be at least 18 years old. By using the App, user represent and warrant to meet this requirement.
b) By registering to ZAPS Premium application to avail this service, User agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the app and Bank’s Terms and Conditions related to the app.
c) User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
d) By using the App, user consent to the collection, use, and storage of personal data in accordance with the App’s privacy policy.
e) The App's features, content, services may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
f) User access to the App may be suspended or terminated for violating the terms or engaging in inappropriate activity.
g) The service provider may amend these terms and conditions anytime after notifying the customer, and those updates will be shared via the App or other appropriate channels.
12. Misuse of Service:
a) By availing this offer, the cardholder accepts that any kind of inappropriate usage of the offer including but not limited to the applicable of multiple primary and supplementary cards with an intention to misuse the free benefits is strictly forbidden.
b) The Bank at its sole discretion can define what is treated as misuse of the offer and reserves the right to take relevant actions after notify the customer, which can include suspension / restriction / conditions on some of the card benefits that is otherwise, available to the customer.
13. Riyad Bank is not responsible for any cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather conditions, service provider limitations.
a) Any complaints or concerns regarding the Airport Transfer service should be reported to ZAPS Premium via the in-app support.
b) Any complaints or concerns can be raised to the Bank through the bank's digital channels or Riyad Line 8001242225.

7. How to register for this service?
a) Cardholder must download the ZAPS Premium App, available exclusively in App store or google play store.
