Terms & Conditions
- The campaign is specifically targeted to Riyad Bank retail Credit Cardholders
- Cardholder is eligible to convert Hotel and Airline transactions into 0% Qasset (Instalment plan) for a period of 12 months only with ZERO FEES.
- Eligible transactions: Hotel and Airline transactions are determined as per the Merchant Category Code (MCC) classification done by Visa or MasterCard. Bank reserves all rights to exclude any transaction which are not compliant with this globally accepted classification.
- All eligible transactions made between 10/3/2026 till 31/3/2026 are considered for this campaign and converted into Qasset instalment plans during the same period.
- To qualify under this offer, the eligible transaction must be minimum SAR 1,000 or above.
- NO processing fee for customers to convert the eligible transaction into 0% Qasset.
- Any purchase reversal, refunds, returns, disputed transactions will be considered excluded from the offer.
- The card must be active and not delinquent at the time of Qasset conversion under this offer.
- In order to cancel the Qasset plan booked under this offer, Cardholder must early settle or foreclose the plan via mobile app or contact call center.
- Any compliant or concern related to the campaign should be raised within 15 days of the Qasset conversion date.
- Cardholder must be 18 years old and above to avail the service.
