Terms & conditions
- The campaign is valid from 07/05/2026 until 07/06/2026.
- Campaign is applicable only for Riyad Bank Visa Credit and Prepaid cardholders who have received communication from Riyad Bank via SMS, email or mobile notification.
- Only online international transactions that are made by manually entering card details and within the eligible merchant categories are eligible for this campaign.
- The Cashback will be awarded to active and non-delinquent Riyad Bank Credit and Prepaid Cards only.
- Cashback will be calculated and paid within 30 days after the end of the campaign.
- Unqualified Transactions:
- Transactions completed via digital wallets are excluded.
- Campaign does not include ATM transaction, SADAD payments, transfers, cash withdrawals, Digital Wallet Transactions, and E-Wallets transactions (eg. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Mada Pay).
- Any reversed, voided, or disputed transactions.
- Riyad Bank staff, Private banking customers will be excluded from this campaign.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Eligible Transactions: International online transactions made during the campaign period using eligible Visa credit and prepaid cards from Riyad Bank, and within the merchant categories eligible for the customer.
- The customer will be notified of the eligible card and eligible merchant categories via SMS, email, or mobile notifications.
- One (1) Qualified Card per customer is eligible for one (1) award during the Period.
- Statement credit message will contain the following wording: “Cross Border Campaign Cashback”.
- Riyad Bank reserves the right to withdraw the campaign at any time after notifying the customer. This Offer becomes null and void in the event it has been removed from Riyad Bank website. Existing beneficiaries of this campaign will not be affected by its withdrawal.
- If any customer violates any of the terms and conditions of this campaign, the bank has the right to exclude that customer at any stage of the campaign.
- Any potential complaints from the participating cardholders regarding the award amount to Riyad Line 8001242225 will only be reviewed within the 30 days after the award period end date. Any complaints after this date will not be considered.
- Terms and conditions for credit cards from Riyad Bank apply.
- Cardholders that reach the “Spend Threshold” for their group first as indicated below:
